How do I take care of my items?

All our clothing items come with a care label. We strongly recommend that you always follow the instructions on this label. If you have any questions or would like advice, please get in touch with us by email or message us on Instagram.

Which clothing size should I get?

Our items have an oversized, boxy fit. Please be aware of this when you order your clothing item. Next to the pictures with the model, you will see the model's height and the size they are wearing. We also recommend that you take a look at the product page of the item you’re interested in for specific sizing information by clicking the "size guide" button.

Can you give me more information about a specific product?

For sure! Get in touch with us via email and talk with Tom or Rijk, or send us a message on Instagram. We are happy to help you!

The item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?

We’re sorry that the clothing item you are interested in is out of stock. Whether it will be restocked depends on if it is a limited edition. Most of the time, our items and sizes are restocked.

Can’t wait? It’s possible that we have more information about your item and the current status of restock. Just send us a message on Instagram or email us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Orders & delivery

I didn't receive an order confirmation. Why not?

It can take up to two hours after you have placed your order to receive the confirmation email. Please also check your spam folder.

If the payment has been processed and you haven’t received a confirmation email after two hours, please get in touch with us via email.

I've just placed an order, is it still possible to change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order if it’s not out for delivery yet. Please get in touch with us via email or send a message to our Instagram.

I made a mistake with my shipping address. What can I do?

Everyone makes mistakes; we are all just human! If you accidentally filled in the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible before we have sent your package out for delivery. We will do our best to resolve this issue for you. Please note that your delivery may be delayed.

What is the current status of my order?

Right after you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an additional email with the tracking information. You can use this information to track the shipment of your order until it is delivered.

What is the delivery time for my order?

We offer the following shipping schedule during non-sale periods:

Deliveries within The Netherlands: All orders placed before 9 PM on working days will be delivered within the next 1 to 3 working days. We aim to send out most items ordered in the morning on the same day, so you can enjoy your clothing items as quickly as possible.

We offer standard shipping to your preferred address.

Deliveries within Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg:

From 5 to 9 working days.

Deliveries within Europe:

From 7 to 10 working days.

What are the shipping costs?

At Maintenant, we offer the following shipping rates:

  • The Netherlands: €5.95 (Free shipping on orders over €100.00)

Returns

What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows you to return unused products within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund as soon as possible. Returns will only be accepted if items are unused, unwashed, have all original Maintenant labels attached, and are in their original packaging.

How can I return an order?

You have 14 days to return your order after delivery. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, with all labels still attached, and in their original packaging. Return costs are covered by Maintenant.

To return your items, please use the polybag you received with your order. There is a return strip for reusing the bag. Contact us by email to receive a return shipping label.

When can I expect my refund?

We will process your refund as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving your returned item(s). The refund will be made to the original payment method used to place the order.
